Sunday, October 19th, 2008

I just got done playing SPB Games Online, and wanted to share my thoughts.

This is pretty cool because no other Pocket PC [...]

    Toshiba Portege G900 Review

    Wednesday, July 25th, 2007

“In conclusion, the G900 is a great PDA; it runs windows Mobile 6 professional which is good for early adopters however it does feel a little rushed to market and Toshiba should really have ironed out the obvious problems before releasing it. As a PDA it’s a device that I am sure will find favour in some areas. However, considering its position a flagship re-entry into the marketplace, Toshiba really should have tried a little harder.”

As promised, Tracy and Matt have a review of the Portege G900. Alasdair covers the ins and outs of the G900, but the review unit got bit by the standby bug - you can tell he’s a little unhappy. Good points - the screen is superb, USB host, and the biometric scanner. Bad points - the screen/standby bug! Read the review for more details.

Tip of the Week: Use SmartFilter To Display The Messages You Want In WM 6

    Tuesday, July 24th, 2007

The SmartFilter feature allows a user to display only those messages that relate to the filtering criteria entry. This lets the user display the
information he or she is interested in. Note that WM 6 does not support synchronization of Contacts subfolders. However, you can use the SmartFilter feature to filter
contacts by category. Note also that SmartFilter is available in other applications. While e-mail or Contacts is open, begin typing a word or phrase. The items displayed will be filtered to include only those that contain the phrase that has been entered.
Keep typing until you see the message(s) you are interested in.
