“With the first Origami devices out the door, Microsoft is setting its sights on the next generation of tiny tablet PCs–products known within the company as “Vistagami” devices. The new minitablets are likely to resemble the first of the ultramobile PCs, though they will run Windows Vista, rather than XP. Hopefully, they will come with a lower price tag than the first devices, such as Samsung’s Q1, which starts at $1,100.”

As spotted on PocketGear is TravelBingo, where the aim is to tick off road signs as you see them. The game supports two player mode (via “hot potato” play), although the developer suggests that using two Pocket PCs might be more fun. Unfortunately, if you want to use two devices, you’ll have to buy two copies of the game……

I recently changed ISPs and was loathe to set up my WiFi network again. I was dreading going through the hassle of hard resetting my router, installing the generally lame cable modem software, spoofing the MAC address, trying to rid my PC of the infestation of the cable modem software, creating a new security key and then entering that key into my 8 devices on the network (K-Jam, SDA, 3 TiVos and 3 computers)
